I am writing to you, to thank you very much for the wonderful service your company has given me. My new Nokia N97, supplied by you, had a fault with the memory and ceased to work. When I contacted your company, you arranged for a spare phone to be with me within an hour and my new phone was taken away for repairs. Unbeknown to me it was sent with immediate effect to your repairer who in turn returned it back to you with 2 working days. I gave you the phone on Thursday and by Monday the following week I received it back in perfect working order.

As a new company it is imperative that communication with clients is available to me at all times. As I work away from the office so much being able to receive emails whilst on the move is an important issue too as there are always queries that I have to deal with.
I have been very impressed with the way your company has handled my requirements ensuring that all the handsets met our individual requirements as well as the service packages you advised and overseeing a seamless transfer from one provider to the other. Your value added service of ensuring that everything was set up both remotely and in the office has been a big relief for me (not being very technical myself).

I am writing to you to say a big thank you for the brilliant service you have given me. I was not happy with the
company I had my mobile phones contracted to but I was tied into a contract, after our first meeting not only did
you advise me that I could buy myself out of my contract but you said that you would speak to them on my
behalf and arrange it for me which you did. To cut a long story short. I now am 4 months into a new contract
with O2 and have already got the money I paid to end my old contact back in the savings. I have made from my
new monthly line rental.
So thank you once again for such a brilliant service Whiteqube has given me. I will not think twice about
recommending you to anybody I know who is thinking about changing their mobile phones.
