We're now offering landlines along with the mobile services we're famous for. This means you can get everything you'll need in one place, deal with only one company and get one bill. Giving them more time to focus on running their business.
We're introducing landlines after receiving feedback from our customers that this is an essential service for their business. Behind the scenes, our lines run on the BT network. We have chosen BT Wholesale as 02's provider of fixed-line services because of the quality and strength of their network as well as the portfolio of business services. 02 customers will always deal with 02 our landline services will be 02 branded and 02 will manage the customer relationship, billing and service.
You can now join up your business communications when your mobile or not.
What does it means for you?More SMEs already do business with 02 than any other UK mobile network and this means you can offer them landlines too.
This will enable you to have broader and deeper conversations about the value we can add.

Landlines – what are we offering?
- Landlines
- ISDN2 – two 'channels' – do two things at once – phone, fax, internet
- ISDN30 – do up to 30 things at once – phone, fax, internet
- Calls Only – customers sign up without a line. They pay their existing provider for their line and us for their calls.
You can port your existing lines or we can provide new ones.
